The Old Bowery Theater, which was auctioned off for $107,000 several months ago, was by court order auctioned off again. Mr. Astor had a mortgage of $40,500, so the theater was sold for $106,000 meaning $1000 less instead. The highest bidder was L. Bernheimer.
