(…) The Galathea is a very successful operetta that has been filling the theater for the last weeks despite the heavy humidity outside. The more one listens to the music, the more it pleases. Mrs. L’Arronge’s performance is enchanting all the way from her pure, bell-like voice, the perfect technique of her singing, her fiery verve and also her warm and mischievous, graceful portrayal of her role.
