“So favorably has the burlesque of ‘Fra Diavolo’ and the farce of ‘Too Much for Good Nature’ been received at the Fifth Avenue Opera House, that Manager Garland has concluded to continue their representation for the present week.  Mr. Leffingwell’s make up for Forrest, in the character of Beppo, is very good indeed, and is attracting the attention of all regular theatre goers.  The rest of the characters are in excellent hands and the burlesque is well played.”
