Lease of the New York Theatre by the Worrell Sisters.

“The present lease of the New York Theatre expires May 1st, when Messrs. Baker & Smith retire and the Worrell Sisters take possession for one year at a rental of $22,000. A monied man has leased the theatre and these young ladies will appear as managers.”
