Review: New-Yorker Musik-Zeitung, 15 November 1866, 233-234.
The chorus performed both Abt pieces with precision under the direction of their very capable conductor. Especially appealing was the performance of Ms. Luckhard who is a student of S. B. Mills. The solos of Träger, Fischer, Ziegler and Köhne were noticeable.
