An aspiring and talented tenor of the Mozart Men’s Chorus, Heinrich Hager, was murdered recently in a fight at festivities while with his “singing brothers”. (…) He was 36 years old. At his funeral the Mozart Men’s Chorus sang: “Wie so sanft ruh’n” [“How gently we rest”], and the Teutonia Chorus: “Eine Hand voll Erde” [“A hand full of earth”].
