“This year’s general meeting of the N.Y. Singakademie took place on November 6th. In regards to the chorus’s musical skill there is nothing left to wish for. We wish to see the chorus perform publicly more. Especially visually the chorus is a pleasure to watch due to the vibrancy of the youth in the members and the exceptionally beautiful female singers. There are 32 women and 89 men members, of which 69 are active.” The list of names of the newly elected officials is included in the article.
