"With the old name, a new group has presented itself to the public.  Asa and Abby are yet of it, but the others have passed to other and more harmonious spheres.  In their places, a trio more remarkable stands.  Miss Lizzie, a bright-eyed, sweet-faced, modest-mannered girl of perhaps fifteen Summers, sings easily a strong well balanced, methodical alto, which needs only culture to carry her into a higher rank than that of a family balladist.  Master Fred, a well made, Hutchinson-haired, strong-voiced youngster, manages the tenor, -and ‘Little Dennet,’ a mere child, who, at 7 o’clock, ought to be kissed and sent to bed, puts in his little oar at all times and in all places, greatly to the edification of the elder portion of the audience and the glee of the little folks.”
