“The ninetieth performance of Leon’s burlesque of the ‘Grand Dutch S’ takes place at Kelly and Leon’s Minstrel Hall this evening. Without doubt it has proved one of the most successful Ethiopian burlesques ever witnessed in this city. Crowded audiences continue to witness its nightly production, and it promises to enjoy quite an extended run. In the Olio, Hogan and Hughes’ double song and dance and cloggists continue in favor with the public.”
