Positive review; no mention of music.
“Mr. Hermann Hendricks appears to have made a very good impression upon the German public that frequents the Stadt Theatre. He has followed up his very successful debut with what Mr. Pomeroy would probably call several ‘red-hot’ performances. . . . Mr. Hendricks is not any too well supported; but then it appears to be impossible to enjoy a German performance in this City where more than two or three of the dramatis personae are adequately represented.” No mention of music.
