An extraordinary meeting of the delegates of the NY Sängerbund took place last week. The music committee submitted three more songs for the planned concert: Krüger’s “Kriegertod,” Kücken’s “Auf dem Rhein,” and Stuntz’ “Freiheitsmrasch.” All submissions were accepted and the music sheets distributed. The first rehearsal will be on Sunday, the 6th [of October] at 10 am. It will be a public event.

Before closing, admission tickets for the general meeting on Sunday, Sept. 13th, were handed out.
