“‘Lucrezia Borgia’ at Bryants’ has met with deserved success, and will be continued upon the bills during the week. The ‘Tin-pan-o-ni-on’ and the ‘Exempt Shakers’ will help to amuse the large audiences who nightly throng the bijou hall in Fourteenth Street.”

“‘Lucrezia Borgia,’ which has been so cleverly burlesqued, and so well produced at the Bryants’ Minstrel Hall, is announced for the third week of production. It was not performed all of last week, in consequence of the illness of Eugene, who had an operation performed on his hand on Sunday, September 20th, which was so painful that it prevented his appearance. A walk around [illeg.] the performances instead. It is thought he will be well enough to appear this week.”
