The Neue New Yorker Musik Zeitung has been declared the official organ of the North-American Sängerbund (Chorus Association). (…) Choruses that are members of the North-American Sängerbund or the North-East Sängerbund are required to subscribe to the Musik Zeitung, because all official announcements are published in this paper. Chorus members who recruit six new subscribers (with chorus discount) will receive the Musik Zeitung free of charge for one year. Presidents, secretaries, and conductors of choruses shall submit information about accomplishments and other news from time to time.
