The twentieth annual ball of the Riggers’ Union Association was celebrated at Apollo Hall (corner of 28th St. and Broadway) last night [error: it was 21 Dec.]. It was a success. The ladies were numerous and handsomely attired, as were the men. The program consisted of 26 dances, which continued until the early morning.
