This is the first of 1869 weekday concerts.The band is not at the Central Park Mall, but at the north end of the green. The weekday concerts continue through September. They begin at a later time than the Saturday concerts and have only one intermission. The "Signal" march that announces the Saturday concerts is not heard on weekdays, nor is Dodworth's closing number, "Home Thoughts."
