“…[T]he following was performed by the pupils, much to the interest and satisfaction of all who were present:—

Anthem, ‘Praise God in his Holiness;’…chant, The Lord’s Prayer; chorus, ‘Thou, My Heart, Art not Forsaken;’ glee, ‘The Curfew;’ song and chorus, ‘Come Forward with Pleasure;’ duet, ‘The Swallows;’ chorus, ‘Leave us Not.’ The Doxology concluded the exercises, after which the children and adult spectators departed home.”
