“BRYANT’S MINSTRELS have never before played to such large audiences in this city as have been in attendance nightly the past week. The hall has not only been crowded every evening, but, on several occasions hundreds have been turned away, unable to obtain a chance to stand. ‘Shoo Fly’ is the great card now, and it is the talk of the town. Not to see this act by Dan Bryant and Dave Reed is to miss a treat in the way of the ludicrous.”
