Located on 14th St., founded by Gazzaniga and Albities. Seventy students attend. “The college is divided into three sections—the first embracing elementary studies, reading music, development of the voice and solfeggio; the second , method of vocalization and style in the execution of operatic and parlor music and English ballads, and the third, study of opera, concerted music, declamation as applied to operas and preparation for the stage.” Students as young as ten can enroll.
