Program Details

Fisk was elevated to Colonel in the Ninth New York National Guard Infantry Regiment, commonly and casually becoming known as “Colonel” thereafter. Music in Gotham assumes that it was the band of the Ninth Regiment that performed at this event. James Fisk, Jr. did not direct this celebration, but is here listed as the director simply to associate name record with the event entry.
