Announcement: New York Clipper, 14 May 1870, 46.

“…Little Corinne, the remarkably clever child vocalist, re-appears in her imitations of Lingard, and sings a number of songs. Master Barney does a jig, and George Coes gives a banjo solo with song… W. B. Harrison sings extemporaneously.”

Review: New York Clipper, 21 May 1870, 54.

“Manager Butler has no cause to complain as to the paucity of the patrons of the Theatre Comique. The programme offered is extremely diversified and numbers many pleasing entertainers. Little Corinne is a lively little singer, whose singing always finds favor, and the same may be said of Jennie Kimball, who is very pleasing in serio-comic songs…W. B. Harrison with his extemporaneous singing pleases.” In a separate paragraph on the same page, there is announcement that George H. Coes’s face became paralyzed on 05/09/70 and he was consequently unable to appear throughout the week.
