“…No sermon was preached, the vesper service occupying nearly the whole evening. The choir of the church is composed of Mr. Pond, tenor; and two lads—Thomas and William Dunnison, aged respectively seventeen and fifteen. The youths have as fine voices as can be found in any choir in the City, and their execution of the music last evening was magnificent.”
