“...William Terhune, tenor was also very fine. The clear and expressive voice of the soprano rang through the large and spacious church, filling every recess with singular sweetness. It was particularly noticeable in the 121st Psalm, rising distinctly above the united voice of the congregation. The pieces chosen were appropriate for the occasion, and showed the discriminating taste of the selection.”
