Arrest of three Broadway concert-saloon proprietors on Monday night; opening last night, with the girls in attendance; numerous throngs around their doors; bands of music in full blast; other saloons in the neighborhood, who had not received the free “advertisement,” deserted; warning against lewd or indecent behavior.

Business extremely dull for the present; “the music was heard as usual.”
