“The colored citizens’ demonstration in honor of the ratification of the Fifteenth Amendment was last night brought to an agreeable conclusion by a grand concert in Association Hall. A large audience assembled, which consisted chiefly of persons who had participated in the procession of the day. The programme offered embraced some excellent vocal and instrumental music.”
