Review: New York Clipper, 20 September 1873, 196.

On Dan Bryant’s “reappearance he was welcomed with tumultuous applause, which was so long continued that several minutes elapsed ere he could speak. The only other change in the programme was the singing of the first part of ‘The Star that Lights My Lover Home’ by William Dwyer. The auditorium was crowded in every part throughout the week.”
