As variety is the spice of life, here you have it in abundance, in burlesque tragedy; in comedy; in pathetic ballads; in eccentric acts indescribable; in performances most laughable. The hall itself is a pleasant place to while away an hour in, without reference to the entertainments offered. What has become of Mr. Dunlap, formerly officiating in front. He was a courteous and an attentive usher, which is a rarity in some places, and an efficient doorkeeper, which position he last occupied.”
