Review: New York Clipper, 27 December 1873, 310.

The page number at the upper left reads 810, but that is clearly a typo and should read 310. “…attendance has continued quite large since our last report, although but few changes have been made in the programme. Harry Stanwood being no longer a member of the company, Unsworth gave some of the old-time banjo songs as sung by Emmitt twenty years ago. Besides being a reminiscence of the past, they afford sterling amusement. W. Raymond sang a new song entitled ‘Silver Threads among the Gold,’ and A. H. Pelham, who is speedily becoming a favorite, effectively vocalized ‘Home by the Sea.’”
