Review: New York Clipper, 02 May 1874, 38.

“…George Moore and Kitty Henderson in their Dutch and, later in the evening, Irish specialties, kept their auditors well amused, their singing and dancing being above the average. La petite Pauline (one of the Ainsleys) presented that peculiar appearance that it was difficult to determine whether she was a young [illegible] just ripening into womanhood or a woman of childish appearance. She has a beautiful face, a well-rounded figure, was costumed tastily, and sang sweetly some popular ballads…A paying business has been done.”
