“At Robinson Hall well-filled houses have been the order during the past week, and ‘Giroflé-Girofla’ is still continued on the bills, with no present indications of change, notwithstanding ‘Chilperic’ has been in rehearsal for some while. The exceeding clever rendition given to their respective roles by Miss Clara Fisher as the twin sisters, and Miss Louise Franklin as Marasquin, and the lively acting and drollery of the remainder of the company who fill out the cast of this comedy-opera, have made this little bijou theatre attractive enough to draw large audiences.”
