“The music, Miner’s mass in ‘A,’ was given with great success by the choir, under the direction of the organist, Mr. Danforth. The choir is composed of [names soloists] and a chorus of twelve voices. In the afternoon Cernti’s ‘Vespers,’ Blance’s ‘Salve Regina’ and Corini’s ‘Tantum Ergo’ were sung in presence of an immense congregation.”
