“Aunt Polly Bassett’s singing school entertained quite a large audience in Steinway Hall last evening by their rendition of ‘worldlie songs’ and sacred choruses. The entertainment was given under the patronage of the friends of the Howard Mission. The exercises throughout were very amusing, and were well received by the audience.”
