Announcement: New York Clipper, 09 January 1864, 307.
“That laughable caricature of a Railroad Explosion is to be revived at Wood’s Minstrels this week.  It’s as funny a thing as we’ve seen them do for a long time, and in it, Charley Fox appears as the irrepressible newsboy.  Frank Brower also appears in one of his best acts—‘Happy Uncle Tom,’ which is as clever a bit of acting as you can witness on the regular dramatic boards.  There is also to be a lecture on ‘Mugology.’”
