“Organs, and organ music are beginning to excite more attention here than hitherto, and an interesting organ exhibition will be given this evening at the Anthen Memorial Church, West Forty-eighth street, near Sixth avenue, on the completion of the organ in that edifice. Mr. H.E. Brown, the organist of the church, will perform. The Boston papers are rejoicing over a new organ in the Church of the Immaculate Conception in that city. It was opened onlylast Christmas. The case is designed by Mr. Keeley, of New York.”
