Sulzer Charged with Income Tax Fraud. “M’lle Sulzer (Biachi), the operatic singer, was up before U.S. Commissioner Osborne . . . on charges of fixing her ‘internal revenue’ income at $900, whereas it is said to be fully four thousand dollars. [Sulzer] will have to pay the percentage on the $4,000 instead of $900.”
