“Tony Denier, a great favorite on the East side of town, announces his benefit at the Old Bowery Theatre on the 14th inst., when will be produced a new drama and a new pantomime, Tony appearing in the latter in a favorite character. As a pantomimist, Tony will take rank with any at present in the country, and as a gymnast, he has few superiors. While performing at the Old Bowery a short time since, he fell and injured himself very badly, but having fully recovered, after being laid up for many weeks, he once more appears before the public.”
