The classes will be held at 4 pm every Monday and Thursday for ladies; every Tuesdays and Fridays for boys.

          “The Cooper Union ‘Orpheon Free Choral Classes’ for ladies and choir-boys has now been opened for the season . . . These classes are the most extensive of the kind in the country, over five hundred applicants having been accepted last season, and there is a prospect of a much larger number this year . . .

          We are desired particularly to state that the classes have now opened, in correction of a singular error of the advertisement of the Cooper Union that they would not open until later.”
