     “Cheve’s New Musical Institute at Masonic Building, Thirteenth Street, between Third and Fourth Avenues. Signor Joseph Borra announces that his Institute is now open, and all persons wishing to acquire in one year the ability to sing correctly any music at sight are invited to call on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday, when he is present from 10 A.M. to 12 M. and from 3 to 5 P.M. The superior merits of his method, as proved by actual results, are stated in the circular, which, with his books, may be obtained also at Schuberth’s Music Store, 820 Broadway.”
