PROBABLY CANCELLED. There was a major fire in the area just after midnight on 11/16/1862, and many nearby buildings were seriously damamged. The House of Commons holds a Benefit on 11/22/1862 to rebuild, so this event probably did not take place.

The building occupying 33-39 W. Houston was totally destroyed and nearby buildings caught fire and were seriously damaged. “This fire, when at its height, is said by old and experienced firemen to have been one of the most grand and imposing spectacles which has been witnessed in this City for many years past.”
