“The excellent company at this place of amusement performed last evening before a large and delighted audience. The Big Brother in Trouble, by Messrs. Seymour, Bob Hart and Kerns, was very laughable, as was also a burlesque entitled Laughing Gas. Les Villageois, a ballet, was received with great applause, all of the young ladies dancing excellently. The entire programme was performed to the satisfaction of the audience. From the crowd that was at this theatre last night there was no doubt that the troupe is one of the most popular in the city.”
