The concert was very successful. The program offered quite some variety. Due to a lack of space we are unable to discuss every piece here; however the 8th Psalm was performed with great strength and precision, and it enthused the grateful audience just as did the quartet sung by Scheu, Seyer, G. Wöhnert and Bahne. Also the Faust overture and the chorus from Jahreszeiten were performed very well. Every piece was repeated.
