“Crowded houses and demonstratively appreciative audiences are the rule at this establishment. The bill for last evening presented an agreeable mélange of terpsichorean, musical and theatrical excellences, all of which were performed satisfactorily. The songs of Pastor and Barry O’Neil were the best appreciated of the numerous good features of the performance, which concluded with one of Poole’s weekly local dramas.”
