“‘La Belle Hélène’ was again performed last night at this theatre in German, and, as usual, before a crowded house. It would be invidious to compare the performance with that of the French company, but the audience was fully satisfied, and the acting and singing was, on the whole, good. Madame L’Arronge-Sury as Hélène and Mr. Habelmann as Paris were the best in the cast, and Mr. Jean Klein as Menelaus bore his arduous part well.”
