“Music with Laughter.—The full band of the Seventh regiment has been engaged by Dr. Colton to give a concert at the Cooper Institute this evening, introductory to his exhibition of the laughing gas. This entertainment filled the Academy of Music on Saturday evening.”

COMMENT: There is no mention in any ads of the Seventh Regiment Band at the Saturday performance.  Only Colton.
