“The Aschenbroedel Society serenaded Colonel Fisk last night, at his house in Twenty-third street, in recognition of his gift ot $2,000 to the musicians of this city. The music was fairly rendered under the leadership of Carl Bergmann, and the serenaders were afterwards invited by Colonel Fisk to partake of a collation in the vestibule of the Grand Opera House.”
