“An operatic sketch called ‘Ill-Trou-Bad-Door’ affords Charles Heywood an opportunity to imitate a prima donna, in which, both in action and singing, he proved successful. He received sufficient support from Monroe Dempster, as Manrico; J. A. Palmer, as Count di Luna; whilst other members of the company filled acceptably the other characters. The business of the week was excellent, and the prospects for a successful season are apparently good.”
