“Peter Cannon likewise met with favor in his Irish songs. He is a good singer and his dialect is excellent. Henry S. Page, who made his American début on Jan. 6th, is an artist of decided merit. His performances were lavishly applauded, and, in response to an encore, he played ‘Home, Sweet Home’ with much feeling and expression. His tonguing of the cornet is remarkable, and he possesses great sostenuto power. Kitty O’Neil performed a new song and dance, and William West a new song, with banjo obligato, both of which met with much favor.”
