“…Delehanty and Hengler performed a new musical sketch, introducing double songs-and-dances, which had been expressly written for them, entitled ‘Tricks in Love,’ which was very pleasing, and obtained immediate success. In response to encores they gave some of their more familiar acts. Kate O’Connor sang Irish. Ballads to rather doleful tunes, and gained a fair meed [sic] of success… The programme was filled out by the character dancing of Kitty O’Neil; Harry Munroe’s character songs…” No further mention of music.
