“…The music was Mozart’s ‘Twelfth Mass,’ played by an orchestra of twenty pieces, and sung by fifty voices under the direction of Danforth at the organ and Carl Bergman [sic] conducting. The soprano solos were well rendered by Mme. Bredelli, who was in excellent voice. Colletti’s bass and Bernard’s tenor were fine, and the oboe accompaniment in the ‘Sanctus’ and ‘Agnus Dei’ was tastefully and effectively given. The festival for the Sunday-school children was held at 2 P. M. in the basement, and vespers at 4½ P. M.”
