“It is understood that the coloratura singer Fräulein Ilma di Murksa is making her way back to New York from the West. The concert troupe led by Fräulein di Murska will perform here during the upcoming festivities. The concerts will again take place at Steinway Hall [sic].”
Miss di Murska, with her grand concert combination.
“Fräulein Ilma di Murksa, the well-known coloratura singer, has been persuaded by Herr Ad. Neuendorff and his troupe to give next Sunday (tomorrow) evening a ‘Sacred Concert’ at the Stadttheater. For the German public, the concert is a replacement for Sunday performances now banned by judicial ruling. In addition to Fräulein Murska, the company includes Carreno, the pianist; Sauret, the violinist; Braga, the cello virtuoso; and Ferranti, the baritone. An exceedingly interesting program has been prepared for this concert.”
