“The Seventh regiment concert, on Saturday evening last, attracted a thronged and appreciative audience, whose attendance was rewarded by a musical treat seldom offered, even by Grafulla himself. [List of pieces.] The effect of the aria ‘Come potera un Angelo’ would have been improved had the time been andantino instead of andante.
 
We are pleased to congratulate Mr. Grafulla upon the successful result of his efficient leadership; the overflowing numbers who ‘present arms’ at these concerts testify to the enjoyment they afford to the members and friends of the gallant and loyal ‘Seventh’.
